Alun Davies
Alun Davies has worked in the property sector since the 1980s, when he was residential sales director for G A Property services. He is also the Commercial Director for Kingston, Surrey-based FiLGROUP.
In addition to his property interests Alun is the Chair of CASAC Leeds, a social enterprise that specialises in providing security improvements, advice and crime prevention initiatives to individuals and communities in partnership with the Police, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. He is also Chief Executive of Sheffield Orthopaedics Limited (SOL), the largest independent provider of orthopaedic healthcare in the Sheffield area.
Mark Lawson
Mark Lawson is the owner of FiLGROUP based in Kingston, Surrey. FiLGROUP specialises in brownfield property development and has a portfolio of residential and commercial sites worth in excess of £20 million.
Mark sold his successful London estate agency business in 2005 and is now concentrating on managing his investments and building his property portfolio. Mark has extensive experience of redeveloping brown field sites and had worked with private and public sector investors including Richmond Churches Housing Association and the Town & Country Housing Group.
